When you arrive at Petra Wellness, you’ll be greeted by an intake coordinator who will help you to fill out the necessary paperwork, answer any last-minute questions, and get you prepared to meet with our medical staff.
Everyone’s belongings are checked for any forbidden items such as illicit substances and weapons. The admissions process is designed to ensure that everyone at the treatment facility is safe.
Once finished with the intake coordinator, our doctors and nurses will conduct a full medical and psychological assessment to better understand your unique emotional, medical, and social needs. The information collected during intake is used to help us create a personalized treatment plan that best addresses your needs.
Once the comprehensive intake evaluation is complete, our staff will help you get oriented with the facility. You’ll be shown your room where you’ll reside for the duration of your stay and given a tour of the facility.
You’ll be given an outline of the personalized treatment plan and we’ll go over what to expect throughout the duration of your stay.
